Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the conditions below. This policy complies with our payment provider Paddle.net.

1. When can you request a refund?

  • The service was not provided as described on the site.
  • A technical issue prevented use of the service and we could not fix it within a reasonable time.
  • Billing error (wrong amount, duplicate charge, etc.).

2. How to submit a request

  2. Explain the reason for your request and attach any relevant documents if needed.
  3. We will reply within 7 business days.

3. If your request is approved

The refund is processed via Stripe to the payment method used for the purchase. How long it shows on your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. When a refund is not granted

  • The service was fully used.
  • The request is made more than 30 days after the purchase.
  • Change of mind or request unrelated to the quality or delivery of the service.
